A few simple steps to an Outlook Express Backup

One of the most, if not the most commonly used client messaging; Outlook express was designed for non-professional and is not a built-in backup. 11. Double-click on the folder backup mail to open it.

12. On the Edit menu, choose Paste.

13. Finally, close the window "Mail Backup".

2. Select text (Comma Separated Values) file and click on export.

3. Click Browse.

4 Navigate to the mail backup folder that you created.

5. In the file name box, type "Address book backup" and then click Save.

6. Click on next.

7 Choose Select the check boxes for the fields that you want to export, and then click Finish.

8. Finally, choose OK and close.

2. On the mail tab, select the e-mail account that you want to export, and then click on export.

3. In the box save in locate the "Mail Backup" folder on your desktop and choose Save.

4 Repeat these steps for each mail account that you want to export.

5. Finally, click Close.

4 Repeat these steps for each of the Outlook Express account news you want to save.
